A fun and educational adventure awaits you at the Brookshire’s World of Wildlife Museum and Country Store. More than 450 mammals, reptiles, fowl and aquatic species from Africa and North America are on display at this unique museum. The museum offers spectacular, realistic wildlife dsiplays alongside educational information for each animal.

Brookshire’s Country Store gives museum guests a nostalgic look at yesteryear by displaying grocery items from the 1920’s. The Country Store also has a souvenir shop where visitors can purchase old fashioned candy and novelty items.

Visitors of all ages will enjoy a first-hand look at wildlife, as well as a glimpse into the past; an experience that is unequalled in East Texas. Museum guests can also enjoy the playground and an outdoor picnic area for your convenience.

Brookshire’s World of Wildlife Museum and Country Store is open weekly Tuesday thru Saturday and is FREE to the public as a community service of Brookshire Grocery Company.
